Sterilizer (autoclave)

Usage
The food machine is mainly used for sterilization of food and cans food, and is suitable for steaming preserved fruit and boarding structure, fine sealing, easy opening and closing, convenient operation, safety and reliability, stable performance. It is equipped with compressed air pipe system, which efficiently guarantee cans food in original shape and keep food in original taste through antipressure of compressed air.

 

Control system
It adopts the PLC, Touch-screen display, and data acquisition block of SIEMENS to build the single equipment temperature control system. It uses the Touch-screen display to input the data of sterilizing temperature, reverse pressure, safe pressure, sterilizing time etc. It can be set to the multi-part temperature control. The Touch-screen may display the system analogue picture and data. According to the start-up settings, it may achieve the full process of auto-control to exhaust, heating-up, cooling of counter pressure and drainage
