Water Spray retort

Usage:
Side-spray Sterilizer is widely used for the high-temperature sterilization in foodstuff,beverage, can, medical needle etc. Especially fro all the packing materials like flexible pack.

Characters:
304 stainless steel is used in all the contacting parts with sterilizing water and product. It adopts simulative temperature control system, PLC control on the whole process of heating, insulation and cooling. During the sterilizing, the temperature and counter-pressure can be accurately controlled as the preset curve independently,automatic control of water level. Huge flux of circulate hot water in heating, top straying and waving shower, eventhermal energy, speedy heating transmission. Observation window is equipped for the all-time-watch. Self-equipped small water storage case, recycles condensate water in steaming heating for the use of sterilizing water, preventing scaling in heat exchanger.
