Application:  
This machine is mainly used for canned food (meat, fowl, fish, egg, and vegetable canned food) and protein beverages which needs to be sterilized by high temperature(for example: milk, soy-milk, apricot, coconut milk, peanut milk, walnut milk,and others). The packing material could be hard can (tinplate, glass bottle can HDPE), steam cooked bag, especially is suitable for soft can, such as ham sausage, fried chicken in steam cooked bag, shredded chicken and milk.

This machine is a full-automatic sterilizing machine adopting dual-pot pressured hot water to sterilize. The machine adopts PLC programmable control. In the process of sterilization, the machine features the following advantages: full-automatic control and regulation of temperature, pressure, water, intake, steam intake,steam discharge and water discharge, high degree of automation, correct control of sterilizing temperature, even sterilization and heat transfer, no blind side and no false pressure, good repetition, and saving water, energy, and time. The machine is different from the steam-type sterilizing machine which is commonly-used, and from the common shower-type sterilizing machine The sterilizing quality of the products is guaranteed by solving the problems of the blind side of sterilization and heat transfer or the uneven sterilization.
